Who is eligible: Any CSI student who has been accepted into and is enrolled full time in one of our HSHS programs. These programs include: Paramedic/ EMT, Practical Nursing, Human Services, Surgical Technology, Dental Assisting, Medical Assisting, Registered Nursing, and Radiology Technology.
What are the Awards: They currently range from 100-500 dollars per semester depending on the award received.
How to apply: You will need to submit a completed scholarship application by the deadline to be considered.

Some application tips: Please be sure to take your time; each item should be completed on the application.
You should staple a transcript to the application, if you do not have a college transcript you may use a high school transcript. If this is not applicable, please contact one of the below individuals for assistance.
