Health Requirements

Students who have been admitted into the surgical technology program must undergo several health requirements before they enter into the clinical components of their study. 
Students are required to have current immunizations.  Some of these exams are costly and students who are anticipating a career in Health Sciences could begin these immunizations as soon as possible.   Please refer to the immunizations record sheet.
Students will need the following required exam after they are admitted to the program and before clinical rotation begins. Please refer to the history and physical forms
Requirements include:

• History and physical exam
• Eye exam
• Current Immunizations
• Current CPR Certification (good from start date in August until Graduation date in July)
